About the chance:
This role leads digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM and digital customer engagement initiatives for the India business.



The role is accountable for developing and executing integrated digital campaigns, strengthening the company's digital presence, driving online sales growth and supporting successful product launches through digital channels.
Location: Thane , India
What you will be doing:
Develop and execute the annual digital marketing plan for the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities, product objectives and regional marketing strategies. Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize activities to maximize ROI.
Lead the development and execution of eCommerce strategies across key online platforms, driving sustainable sales growth, customer acquisition and enhanced brand visibility.
Lead CRM and customer lifecycle initiatives to strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty across patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Support strategic collaborations with digital health partners and commercial stakeholders to enhance customer engagem
