About the Role
We are seeking a Mobile App Team Lead with strong hands on mobile development experience and proven leadership capabilities to lead the delivery, release, and ongoing development of our mobile trading application across iOS and Android.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in mobile application development, ideally within Fintech, Forex, Trading, Banking, or high-performance digital platforms. The person should have deep knowledge of either iOS development using Swift or Android development using Kotlin/Java, together with a strong understanding of both mobile ecosystems.
This role is critical for the successful launch and ongoing evolution of our mobile app. The Mobile App Team Lead will be responsible for managing the mobile development team, staying fully on top of all mobile-related activities, driving technical decisions, ensuring delivery timelines are met, and owning the release process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The role requires strong technical oversight, delivery ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, DevOps, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
