About us
Medovate Pvt Ltd is the India-based Global Capability Centre (GCC) for the Kelta group, a multi-entity international group with operating companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, China and India. Group entities include Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM), Tii Technologies, ELEY, Killough Shooting Sports, Eurocraft Technologies and Medovate UK.
All group entities run on a single Oracle Fusion Cloud tenancy. From Ahmedabad, Medovate delivers Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP services, IT operations and business process support to the group.
The role
You will own the transactional and record-to-report backbone of the group's largest operations: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger for some of the US and Hong Kong entities, alongside the books of Medovate Pvt Ltd in India.
This is the finance engine room. Every supplier invoice, every customer invoice, every payment run, every bank reconciliation, every intercompany entry and every month-end close for the in-scope entities either runs through your team or is signed off by you.



The scope covers USD and HKD transactions, US and Hong Kong statutory and tax requirements, and daily working alongside colleagues in both countries, all on one shared Oracle Fusion Cloud instance.
You will start hands-on, processing and closing alongside a small team, then build out the AP, AR and GL pods that scale the function as more work transitions into Ahmedabad from the US and Hong Kong finance teams. The group also operates entities in Mexico and China, and those may come into scope over time, but they are not part of the initial remit.

1. Accounts Payable (all group entities)
Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle: supplier onboarding and master data, invoice capture and coding, three-way match against purchase orders and receipts, non-PO invoice routing, approval workflow management and exception resolution.
