Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with robust account leadership, customer management, and embedded engineering delivery expertise to lead strategic customer engagements in the Industrial Automation and Embedded Systems domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, customer relationship management, account growth, engineering governance, and driving large-scale embedded product development programs.
This role requires a combination of business leadership, delivery excellence, technical depth in Embedded Systems, and stakeholder management across global teams and customer organizations.

Account & Customer Leadership
Own and manage strategic customer accounts within the Embedded Engineering domain.
Develop strong relationships with customer leadership, engineering managers, and business stakeholders.
Conduct governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive business reviews.
Drive customer satisfaction,



business growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, new projects, and engineering service offerings.
Program & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple embedded engineering programs across geographies.
Ensure delivery within scope, quality, schedule, and budget commitments.
Manage program risks, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans.
Establish delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
Technical & Engineering Leadership
Provide strategic guidance on embedded product development and engineering best practices.
Review solution architecture, project plans, effort estimations, and delivery strategies.
