About the Role:

Vercel is building out its Finance Center of Excellence in India, and the Senior
Accountant will be a foundational hire on that team. Reporting to the Senior
Manager of Accounting you will be a key contributor to the day-to-day accounting




operations of international entities globally owning core processes, keeping
accounting records accurate and audit-ready, and helping build the
infrastructure that scales with the business.

This role is fully remote from your home office in India, with some overlapping
hours with the broader global finance team.

What You Will Do:

* Own the day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance for the
international entities in NetSuite, ensuring all transactions are recorded
accurately and on time.
* Prepare and post monthly journal entries including accruals, prepayments,
payroll, and intercompany recharges.
* Perform monthly account reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts and
resolve open items in a timely manner.
* Closely work with accounts payables and accounts receivables team to ensure
accurate accounting treatment. Support in the preparation of data for tax
returns of international entities for both direct and indirec
