We are looking for an experienced US Full-Cycle Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Taxation while managing the complete accounting cycle for international clients.
Candidates with experience in US Accounting will be preferred. However, professionals with hands-on experience in foreign accounting (International accounting environments) are also encouraged to apply.
Hands-on Experience With QuickBooks Online (QBO) Is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Accounting
Manage end-to-end accounting for assigned international clients.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure books are up to date.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Bookkeeping
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.
Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts.
Maintain the Chart of Accounts and ensure accurate transaction classification.
Identify and resolve bookkeeping discrepancies.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Process vendor bills and customer invoices.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper supporting documentation for all transactions.
Payroll & Financial Support
Record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll transactions.
Assist with payroll-related accounting activities.
Support financial reporting and audit requirements.
Taxation
Assist in the preparation of business and individual tax returns.
Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for tax filings.
