Role Description

The Head – Defense Business is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram,



responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Best Group’s defense products and solutions. This role oversees strategic planning, business development, sales pipeline management, and key account relationships within the defense sector.

The Head – Defense Business collaborates with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, finance, operations, and R&D; to align product offerings with market needs and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, monitoring business performance, identifying current opportunities with government and private defense clients, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves mentoring and developing the defense business team, implementing process improvements, and representing Best Group at industry events and stakeholder meetings.

Should have been in a leadership position in Defense services
