Job Purpose: Lead - Retail Leasing is responsible for managing the leasing
activities for retail spaces at large assets, ensuring that available properties
are marketed effectively and filled with suitable tenants. This role focuses on
driving occupancy in retail properties by leading the team in conducting tours,
reviewing applications, and negotiating lease terms that align with both tenant
needs and company objectives. The Lead also works closely with retail clients to
ensure their space requirements are met, while maintaining robust tenant
relationships to encourage lease renewals and long-term occupancy.
