As we continue expanding into the Indian market, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close current enterprise sales opportunities across India.
Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through contract negotiation and closing.
Build relationships with CXOs, Operations leaders, HR leaders, IT decision-makers, and business executives.
Conduct online product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations.
Understand customer challenges and position JC360 as the preferred workforce intelligence solution.
Collaborate with technical teams throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B software sales.
At least 2 years of professional experience selling or supporting Workforce Intelligence, Employee Monitoring, Workforce Analytics, Employee Productivity Analytics, or similar enterprise workforce visibility solutions.
Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions to organizations with 500+ employees.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
