Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Business Development:
Drive the strategic growth and positioning of the Visa & Immigration services portfolio within the relocations and global mobility business. Identify and develop recent corporate clients, mobility accounts, and RMC partnerships to expand immigration service opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales and Mobility teams to identify immigration opportunities across existing relocation accounts.
Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and immigration departments to strengthen operational capability and market presence.
Represent the organization at industry forums and strengthen the company’s visibility in the immigration services market.

Financial Management:
Own the financial performance of the Visa & Immigration business including revenue, profitability, and margin targets.




Develop and manage the departmental budget while ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
Define pricing strategies for immigration services ensuring competitive positioning and healthy profit margins.
Monitor receivables, collections, and working capital to maintain financial sustainability. • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational profitability.

Operational Excellence:
Lead the planning, implementation, and governance of immigration operations while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and immigration laws.
Oversee end-to-end immigration service delivery including documentation management, application processing, visa renewals, and compliance tracking.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, service standards, and turnaround times agreed with clients.
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across relocation, destination services, and move management teams.
Monitor key operational metrics and process trackers to ensure service efficiency and time
