Our work grows out of research, uncovering the embedded knowledge, skills, materials, and stories that shape each context. From these, we develop new architectural languages that are both metabolic and adaptive, rooted in tradition yet tuned to the present.

The Role
We're looking for a Junior Architect, early career, 0 to 2 years experience, to join our studio in Hyderabad. The role goes beyond drafting and coordination, it's about participating in a design process that is inquisitive, collaborative, and deeply connected to the world around it. You'll work across design development, research, and experimentation, from material studies and digital modelling to on-site fabrication and documentation. Real work from the start, not busywork while you wait for something more interesting to come your way.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite (Grasshopper a plus)
Solid conceptual and graphic communication skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to ongoing studio research

Compensation & Work Culture
We believe architecture should value both the intellect and the labour it demands. Compensation for this role runs ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
