Staff stories
Taking on the role of Activity Manager after 3 summers of working as an Activity Leader was a challenge but hugely rewarding. There is a huge amount of planning and admin involved, and I needed to stay on top of all the different bookings and knowing how many coaches I needed for each trip But the huge satisfaction of seeing an excursion run well after all the planning, and seeing the happy students return afterwards, is hard to put into words.
