Drive AI product delivery from scoping to launch - with real metrics and real accountability.
About The Role
We need a Product Manager who can operate at the pace of an AI-native software consultancy. You'll own the product lifecycle across multiple client engagements - from initial scoping and user research through to shipping and measuring outcomes. This isn't a process-management role. You'll be expected to challenge assumptions, make hard calls, and push for the right product decisions even when they're uncomfortable.
What you'll do
Own product scoping, user story mapping, and backlog prioritisation across client projects
Run discovery workshops with client stakeholders to extract real requirements
Define and track product success metrics - not vanity metrics
Write clear, detailed PRDs and acceptance criteria that engineers can build against
Coordinate delivery between engineering, design, and client teams
Identify and manage scope creep,
technical debt, and timeline risks
Facilitate sprint reviews, retrospectives, and client demos
What we're looking for
4+ years of product management experience in a software or tech company
Strong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases
Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication - you write PRDs that engineers love
Data-driven approach to product decisions - comfortable with analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping quality
Nice to have
Not required
Experience working in a software consultancy or agency
Technical background - you can read code, understand APIs, and hold your own in architecture discussions
Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and LLMOps concepts
Experience with enterprise clients and stakeholder management
