About the Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to lead and elevate design for Ethos’s Partnerships business and Platform teams.Buying life insurance is one of the most important financial decisions a family can make. The vast majority of families complete this purchase with the facilitation of an agent. For the last hundred years this process was dominated by paper-heavy,



multi-week purchase flows that made selling and buying life insurance a pain. Today, Ethos is giving them modern digital tooling to transform that. Ethos’s Partnerships Business is our B2B2C channel that gives independent insurance agents and insurance agencies a digital-first platform, automated underwriting infrastructure, and multiple insurance offerings that help them serve their clients faster and grow their business.
As the head of design for Ethos’ Partnership and Platforms you will have a direct chance to shape how design helps agents and their customers achieve their goals. This is a role with broad surface area and ideal for someone with the interest and versatility to work across a wide range of domains including agent onboarding and activation, quoting, applications, and sales, agent growth and retention, compensation, enterprise/agency management, partner integrations, insurance product expansion, underwriting, payments and more — all of which have
