Job description:
Develop and support the latest in SAP integration Sphere.
Design SuccessFactors integration with Different systems.
Work with industry leading architects to deliver integration Iflows for clients across the globe.
Work with the latest technologies in the HRMS Sphere.
Work on BIB, integration center, and other SAP tools.
Mentor and Guide junior integration consultants.
Work with industry leaders to define and solve major problem statements.
Collaborate with SAP for various initiatives and innovations.
Assist with requirements research or potential proof of concept ideas
Handle multiple assigned integration tasks and deadlines
Create and archive all necessary documentation related to each integration developed
Experience level: 6-10years relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations space
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Required Candidate profile:
Certification in SAP integration or equivalent.
Experience with at least 6 SuccessFactors integration with CPI or equivalent.




Strong objectriented development knowledge.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excited and Enthusiastic to learn and grow with the team.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An analytical mind and good problem-solving acumen.
Should have a solid foundation in the basic areas of SAP CPI and BoomiStrong written and verbal communication skills
Experience programming in Java and scripting in Groovy and Javascript
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
Willingness for versatile scheduling to meet processing demands
Strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and a solid focus on results
Knowledge/Experience working with SAP Cloud Platform is a plus
