Your role

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for licensing and installation topics related to Simulation products. You will help customers resolve technical issues, guide them through deployment and configuration challenges, and work closely with internal teams to drive issue resolution and product improvement.

You will also play an important role in assessing technical issues, understanding customer impact,



and ensuring the right level of prioritization and follow-up across support cases.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support for licensing systems, license servers, installation, deployment, and environment configuration

Troubleshoot customer issues across Windows and Linux platforms

Assess and prioritize support cases based on customer impact and business urgency

Work directly with customers to diagnose issues, clarify requirements, and provide effective solutions

Determine when issues should be escalated and formally reported to product development

Clearly communicate technical problems, findings, and business impact to internal engineering and development teams

Support customers in deploying and configuring software in complex IT environments

Collaborate with a global support team to ensure timely and high-quality case handling

Share technical knowledge and best practices
