Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate current business leads through various channels, including India Mart, Alibaba, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- B2B Sourcing:



Source new clients and build relationships with existing ones to drive sales growth.
- Social Media Management: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote products/services, engage with potential clients, and build brand awareness.
- Email and Phone Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects via email and phone calls to understand their needs, provide solutions, and close deals.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Requirements:

Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven experience with Indiamart, Alibaba, and LinkedIn for B2B sourcing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
