About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing initiatives for a U.S.-based real estate business.

This role combines digital marketing, lead generation, social media, content creation, video marketing, email campaigns, SEO, branding, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple marketing initiatives independently while working during U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to generate buyer and seller leads.
Create lead-generation funnels utilizing landing pages, email campaigns, social media, video, paid advertising, and website traffic.
Develop neighborhood-specific, niche, and community-focused marketing campaigns.
Identify new marketing opportunities and emerging trends.




Research and implement AI tools and marketing technology to improve efficiency and lead conversion.
Continuously test, measure, and improve marketing strategies based on performance metrics.

Social Media Management & Strategy

Create, schedule, and publish content for team and agent social media accounts.
Develop engaging content promoting:
