AI Full-Stack Engineer (Agents) · Remote

Lynky is an AI systems studio for traditional businesses. We install AI into the way manufacturing, jewellery, construction, and other real-world businesses already work, and turn everyday operational problems into measurable profit. We build quick, ship in weeks, and work hands-on.

We are looking for an AI Full-Stack Engineer who genuinely loves building agents. You should already be experimenting with LLMs and agent frameworks, and be able to take an idea from prompt to a working, deployed system. Experience matters less than what you have actually built.

What you will do
- Build AI agents end to end using LangGraph and LangChain (Python): tools, state, memory, multi-step workflows, and reliability.
- Integrate LLMs and connect agents to real data and external APIs (WhatsApp, email, CRMs, and more).
- Build the full stack around the agent: Python services and APIs on the backend, and clean interfaces on the frontend (Next.js, React, TypeScript).
- Ship real client automations quickly, then iterate based on how they perform in production.




- Write clear, maintainable code and documented APIs.

What we are looking for
- A real capability to build agents. You have built agents before, and you can show them.
- Working knowledge of Python and agent frameworks (LangGraph and LangChain, or similar).
- Comfort with LLMs and prompt engineering, and an instinct for making agents reliable, not just demos.
- Full-stack ability: you can build the backend (Python, APIs) and the frontend (Next.js or React with TypeScript), or you are eager to.
- Self-starter energy. We are early-stage and move fast, so you take ownership and figure things out.
- 0 to 6 months of experience is fine. What you have shipped matters more than years.

Nice to have
- FastAPI, vector databases, RAG, or MCP experience.
- Any voice, WhatsApp, or workflow-automation projects.
- A GitHub full of side projects.
