Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Onelap is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies,
manage payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant teams, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. Day-to-day activities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, resolving employee relations issues, facilitating training and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records and reports. The role also involves supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture and driving HR process improvements to align with business goals.
