About The Role
Dashverse is looking for an AI Filmmaker who thinks like a director and builds like a creative technologist. In the world of AI-driven micro dramas, you will turn scripts into shot-ready footage using generative video and image
tools — while also shaping the prompts, templates, and lightweight agents/skills that make the whole pipeline faster and more consistent.





This role sits at the intersection of craft and tooling: robust visual storytelling instincts, paired with genuine curiosity about how AI agents and skills can be built or refined to remove repetitive work from the creative process.

Key Responsibilities
Direct & Generate: Turn scripts and shot breakdowns into finished AI-generated footage using tools like Seedance, Nano Banana, and Frameo.
Prompt Craft: Write and refine detailed generation prompts — staging, camera position, continuity, palette — to hit the visual bar consistently across a show.
Build Agentic Skills: Develop and maintain reusable prompt templates, scripts, and small AI agents/skills that automate repeatable steps in the pipeline (e.g. scene extraction, staging, promo hooks).
Continuity & Craft: Maintain character, location, and style consistency across shots and episodes using reference libraries and appearance bibles.
