Role Overview
The Junior HR Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles across RxDx Clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career HR professional to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
and recruitment trackers
Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities for new hires
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs and campus placements
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate and employee data
Preferred Attributes
Interest or prior exposure to healthcare/hospital industry recruitment
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour compliance
Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic HR function
