Sample Collection: Draw blood via venipuncture, fingersticks, or heel sticks following strict safety and aseptic techniques.Patient Verification: Confirm patient ID, review test requisitions, and calm nervous or anxious individuals.Specimen Management: Accurately label, store, centrifuge, and package blood vials for protected transport to labs.Sanitation & Compliance: Sterilize work areas and dispose of medical waste according to biomedical safety guidelines.Data Entry: Record patient information, sample volumes, and test tracking details into electronic databases
