Job Summary The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and accurate dispensing of medicines while providing excellent customer care. The role includes promoting wellness products, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through skilled service and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription medicines accurately and counsel customers on dosage, usage, side effects, and storage.

- Recommend suitable OTC medicines, wellness, skincare, baby care, nutrition, and personal care products.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

- Maintain inventory by monitoring stock levels, expiry dates, storage conditions, and replenishment.

- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and statutory documentation.

- Support billing, POS operations, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.

- Promote loyalty programs, health awareness initiatives, and preventive healthcare.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
