About the Role OneWellness is looking for motivated and energetic Pharma Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have a passion for pharmaceutical sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet monthly sales targets and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up with existing clients.
- Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.
Requirements.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
