Proven ability to ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and adherence to organizational SOPs and compliance standards. Well-versed In - Physical stock verification & cycle counting

- Ensure 100% stock of MIN-MAX items
- Non-moving / obsolete stock identification and liquidation
- Scrap management and disposal coordination
- Documentation and audit compliance
- MIS of S&S; Inventory related to Senior management.

- Circulating monthly Slow Moving, Non-Moving, Surplus & Obsolete Inventory to Group units.

- Co-ordinating & preparing STO (Stock Transfer Order)



to Intra-units. KRA 1: Inventory Accuracy & Control - Maintain ≥ 98–99% inventory accuracy (system vs physical).
- Ensure stock reconciliation and variance analysis on a periodic basis.
- Conduct cycle counting / annual physical verification as per schedule. KRA 2: Stock Optimization (FSN / ABC Control) - Monitor Rapid, Slow, Non-moving (FSN) items regularly.
- Analyze dead / obsolete inventory and initiate disposal actions.
- Maintain inventory at optimum level (avoid excess & shortages) .
- Periodic review using ABC classification . KRA 3: Issue & Availability Management - Ensure timely material availability to user departments.
- Monitor stock-outs / critical spares and escalate proactively.
- Track pending reservations / open reservations fulfilment . KRA 4: Material Storage & Handling - Ensure proper stacking, preservation, and identification of materials.
- Follow FIFO/Shelf life principles where applicable.
- Maintain bin location accuracy and 5S standards in stores. KRA 5: Reporting & MIS Prepare and circulate - Daily GRN pending report
- Non-moving / slow-moving stock report
- Inventory ageing reports
- Monthly stock valuation report
