Job Summary The Operations Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily pest control operations to ensure timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, compliance with safety standards, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate daily pest control services for technicians.
- Allocate jobs based on technician availability, location, and expertise.
- Monitor service completion and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Maintain service schedules and ensure timely execution of customer appointments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Track technician attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure technicians follow safety guidelines and use chemicals as per regulatory standards.
- Maintain records of service reports, treatment logs,
and customer documentation.
- Manage inventory of pesticides, chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment of operational materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to pest control.
- Support billing, contract renewals, and service documentation where required.
- Assist in training current technicians on operational procedures and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in operations, facility management, or the pest control industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills may also be considered.
