Role Description The Personality Development Intern will support the design and delivery of personal development programs and psychology-based training sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, where the intern will assist in preparing training materials, coordinating workshops, and engaging with participants to enhance their learning experience.

Daily tasks include conducting basic research on psychology and personal development topics, drafting written content such as session outlines and handouts, and managing updates on social media channels to promote ABCD’s initiatives. The intern will collaborate with trainers and counselors, help with feedback collection,



and contribute ideas to improve course content and participant engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Personality Development and Training to assist in designing and supporting personal growth programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and Writing to develop content, summarize concepts, and prepare materials related to psychology and personal development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media to help share learning resources, promote programs, and engage with the audience online.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and empathetically with diverse participants.
- Interest or academic background in psychology, counseling, personal development, or related fields.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Generate at least 15 admissions per month and 100% satisfaction from candidate side
- Salary has two parts fixed and Variable Total CTC 300000/- including Fixed and Variable.
