Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate, energetic, and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will motivate members, design personalized fitness programs, and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
Design personalized workout and nutrition guidance.
Deliver one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions.
Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
Ensure proper exercise techniques and member safety.
Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
Build robust relationships with members and promote personal training packages.
Assist with member retention and fitness challenges.
Requirements
Certification in Personal Training, Fitness, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fitness and customer service.
Sales experience is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant certifications are welcome to apply.
Performance Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month based on personal training package sales and performance.
