- ? Conduct Personality Development, Soft Skills & Communication training.
- ? Prepare students for HR Interviews, Group Discussions & Corporate Etiquette.
- ? Guide students in Resume Building, LinkedIn Profile & Career Readiness.
- ? Conduct Mock Interviews and provide one-on-one mentoring.
- ? Support Training & Placement activities and campus drives.
- ? Track student progress and placement readiness.
- ? Coordinate with technical trainers and the T&P; team to improve employability.
✅ Requirements
- ? Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/MA English preferred)
- ?️ Excellent English communication & presentation skills.
- ?? 2+ years of experience in Soft Skills/PD/Placement Training.
- ? Passion for mentoring students and helping them build successful careers.
