Services range from done-for-you Reels production and posting to coaching, growth strategy, and ready-to-use templates for Reels, hooks, and DM funnels. Kirabiz is built for ambitious solopreneurs and business owners who want to grow their audiences organically and convert views into clients.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Social Media Content Creator. The person in this role will plan, script, and produce short-form content (primarily Reels) for Instagram, aligned with clients’ brand voice and growth goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include content ideation, writing hooks and captions, basic video editing, scheduling and posting, and tracking performance metrics.

The Social Media Content

Creator will collaborate with the strategy and coaching team to translate growth strategies into weekly content calendars and experiment with new formats. The role also involves engaging with audiences in comments and DMs,



staying up to date on platform trends, and refining content based on analytics and client feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including ideation, scripting, and storytelling for short-form video and social posts.
- Experience with Instagram, especially Reels, including basic video editing, caption writing, and posting workflows.
- Familiarity with social media strategy, audience growth, and converting views into leads or sales is highly desirable.
- Comfort using content planning tools, scheduling platforms, and basic analytics to evaluate and improve performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice to different personal brands.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote workplace.
- Previous experience creating content for founders, creators, coaches, or online service businesses is a plus.
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media content (especially Instagram Reels or TikTok-style videos) preferred.
