As a Permission / Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enabling our community initiatives by building strong relationships with government authorities, local stakeholders, corporates, educational institutions, and partner organizations. You will be responsible for securing permissions, coordinating outreach activities, managing documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the seamless execution of our field programs.

Role Description The Permission / Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves obtaining necessary permissions from local authorities, institutions, and partners to conduct fundraising, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities. The coordinator will plan and execute community outreach initiatives, build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community groups, and represent the organization at events.

Daily responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, responding to inquiries, maintaining records of permissions and outreach activities, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The role also includes supporting training and orientation sessions for volunteers and team members involved in outreach programs.

Eligibility





Up to 3 years of experience in NGO operations, outreach, liaison, stakeholder management, administration, or community engagement.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for social work are encouraged to apply.

Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.

Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage.
