We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you have a passion for performance engineering and enjoy solving complex scalability challenges, this role is for you.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.

Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.

Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.

Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to improve system performance.

Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor application performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements 4-6 years of experience in performance testing.

Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.

Valuable understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs, and web services.





Experience in scripting (JavaScript preferred within NeoLoad).

Solid knowledge of performance testing concepts (load, stress, soak testing).

Familiarity with REST/SOAP services.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with any APM tools is a plus.

Preferred Experience in distributed load testing.

Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc. ).
