Key Accountabilities

- Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust, LoadRunner, etc.)

- Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, databases, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Experience testing web applications and backend services

- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architectures

- Solid skills in performance metrics analysis (latency, throughput, error rate)

- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments

Mandatory Skills

- Experience with Locust for Python-based performance testing

- Experience with Playwright for performance and UI-level validations

- Programming/scripting knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace

- Working Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

Desirable Skills

- Experience working with Bulk or custom performance frameworks

- Experience in Artillery Framework

- Experience with GC tuning, JVM performance, and OS-level tuning
