Performance Marketing Manager — Real Estate

Location: Wilson Garden Banglore India — On-site / Hybrid | Experience: 3–5 years | Full-time

About the Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who has run paid campaigns for real estate. You'll own the paid media budget end-to-end and work with sales to turn spend into site visits and bookings — not just form fills.

What You'll Do

- Run paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube), programmatic/display, LinkedIn, Snapchat,
- Own monthly budgets and channel allocation against lead and booking targets
- Drive down CPL and cost-per-site-visit while improving lead quality
- Build and test landing pages, lead forms, and creative for project launches and inventory pushes
- Maintain tracking: GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, GTM, offline conversions, CRM integration
- Close the loop with sales on lead quality and feed it back into targeting
- Report weekly on spend, CPL, lead-to-visit ratio, and ROAS





What You Need
- 3–5 years in performance marketing, including 1–2 years on real estate campaigns (developer, brokerage, proptech, or agency)
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — actual campaign building, not oversight
- Managed monthly budgets of
- Solid grasp of high-ticket, long-cycle lead-gen funnels
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and CRM lead flow

Bonus: DV360/programmatic, NRI campaigns (GCC/US/UK), RERA compliance awareness, WhatsApp Business API

What We Offer

LPA + performance incentives tied to lead quality and bookings. Direct budget ownership, no layers of approval.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
