About the Role
This isn't just another digital marketing job.
As our Performance Marketing Specialist , you'll be responsible for planning, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns for premium real estate developers across Meta and Google platforms.
You'll work directly with the founders, collaborate with our creative team and play a key role in generating high-quality leads while continuously improving campaign performance.
If you enjoy analysing data, testing new ideas and seeing measurable business results from your work, you'll fit right in.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for premium real estate projects.
- Continuously improve campaign performance and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with our creative team to improve ad performance through better creatives and messaging.
- Test audiences,
creatives and campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest Meta and Google advertising features, trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
✔ Strong understanding of campaign optimization and lead generation.
✔ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Comfortable working full-time from our office in Indore.
✔ 0–3 years of experience (Exceptional freshers with practical campaign experience are encouraged to apply.)
