Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. This role demands a sharp analytical mindset and a deep understanding of paid media ecosystems to drive scalable growth and maximise ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.

● Manage and scale campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and remarketing initiatives, and conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimisation to enhance campaign performance.

● Collaborate with content, design,



and SEO teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages; also monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and provide actionable insights.

● Implement tracking mechanisms using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.

● Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

● Graduate with 1 -2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

● Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

● Experience with GA4, GTM & conversion tracking ✔ Data-driven mindset with proven campaign performance

● Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimisation.

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Bonus Points:

● Experience with Australian markets and international campaigns.

● Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

● Exposure to landing page optimisation and CRO techniques.
