About EngageReel: EngageReel makes product videos for e-commerce brands. A garment SKU goes in, a finished marketing video comes out - styled and placed the way that category sells. Behind it sits a pipeline of LLM agents : research, scripting, validation, asset matching, execution. The Role: This is EngageReel's first dedicated marketing hire. You will own paid acquisition for the India market end to end: Google and

Meta, creative strategy, tracking, and reporting. The audience is marketing managers at brands and e-commerce companies, and video agencies that produce at scale. Your ads will be judged by people who make ads for a living.

Budget is small today and grows with results. The first-year job is to find out what a signup and a demo cost, and build the case to scale

What you will do: - Plan and run Google and Meta campaigns end to end - account structure, budgets, audiences, testing

- Own creative strategy - hooks, scripts and angles, tested every week. Creatives are AI-made, including with EngageReel

itself.
- Run both funnels - free trial signups and demo requests - and decide where the budget goes
- Set up and maintain tracking - GA4,



Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel and Conversions API
- Work with the product team on landing pages and conversion improvements
- Share weekly performance reports and recommend what to scale and what to stop

Who we are looking for:

- 2+ years of hands-on paid acquisition - you personally run Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads- You have owned a CAC, CPL or ROAS target, with numbers you can explain
- Creative involvement - ad copy, scripts or briefs you wrote, and tests you designed
- You use AI in your daily work. At least one AI-made ad or asset has run in a live campaign
- Experience acquiring business customers - SaaS, marketing tools, creative tools, or similar
- Based in Gurugram or willing to relocate. Full time, in-office role

Good to have:

- AI Video ad experience - UGC-style, motion or product video creatives
- You set up your own tracking without needing an engineer.
- You have grown a channel 0 to 1

Compensation and logistics: ₹25-35 LPA - Gurugram (Onsite)
