Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

- Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google and YouTube end to end
- Write and test creative that speaks like an aspirant, not a brochure
- Improve landing-page conversion in partnership with product and design
- Report CAC and payback honestly, including when a channel isn't working
- Find the channels nobody in this category is using well yet

Requirements

- 3+ years running paid acquisition with real budget ownership
- Strong analytics instincts; you can tell signal from noise
- Copywriting ability — you brief creative by writing it first
- Experience with attribution and its limits

Preferred Skills Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

- Edtech or subscription-product experience
- Familiarity with Indian regional targeting and languages
- Lifecycle and retention marketing
