About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to drive profitable digital growth, with a robust focus on SEO, AI-led marketing, paid acquisition and ecommerce performance.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role responsible for strategy, execution, optimisation and revenue performance across traditional and emerging digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and retargeting.
- Drive profitable revenue growth while improving ROAS, CPA and conversions.
- Use SEO, keyword research and search-intent insights to strengthen paid and organic acquisition.
- Monitor and prepare for advertising and product discovery opportunities across ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and other AI platforms.
- Build Nustone’s AI advertising and AI-search readiness strategy.
- Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center and product feeds.
- Analyse performance across products, audiences, channels and customer journeys.
- Use AI tools for research, campaign planning, ad creation, analysis,



testing and optimisation.
- Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Continuously test new channels, creatives, audiences, landing pages and growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong ecommerce and SEO/search marketing knowledge.
- Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Proven ability to improve ROAS, revenue and acquisition costs.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution and ecommerce tracking.
- Strong understanding of AI-led search, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and emerging AI advertising.
- Active user of modern AI marketing and analytics tools.
- Commercial, analytical and highly data-driven mindset.

Preferred Experience with UK/international ecommerce, high-ticket products, retail, home improvement, outdoor living or similar industries.

What Success Looks Like

Success will be measured through profitable revenue growth, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, new customer acquisition, budget efficiency and readiness for emerging AI-led acquisition channels.

We are looking for someone who can optimise today’s performance channels while preparing Nustone for the future of SEO, AI search and digital advertising.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
