We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, preferably for e-commerce/D2C brands. Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta campaigns.

Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.

Set up and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.

Analyze performance and prepare regular reports.

Collaborate with the creative team to improve campaign performance. Requirements

2–5 years of performance marketing experience.

Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience running campaigns for e-commerce/D2C brands.

Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Agency experience is a plus.

Location: Ahmedabad (In office)
