As a rapidly growing D2C brand, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, optimize digital campaigns, and accelerate business growth through data-driven marketing.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, audience targeting, daily optimization, budget management, landing page testing, and driving customer acquisition while maximizing ROAS and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.




- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and audience targeting.
- Create and manage custom, lookalike, and remarketing audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure productive budget pacing and maximize campaign performance.
- Track key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
- Drive customer acquisition through data-driven campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices.
