Performance Marketing Executive

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving results through paid advertising.Our consulting team develops campaign strategy, positioning, offers, audience segmentation, and creative direction. Your expertise should be in launching, monitoring, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve measurable results.

This is an execution-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Youtube Ads campaigns.
- Launch lead generation, traffic, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through continuous optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Create and manage remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.




- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience in Lead Generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of CPC,CPL,CPA,CTR,ROAS
- Audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Budget management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Positive Excel or Google Sheets skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a strong advantage.
- English (Professional working proficiency).
