What You’ll Do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Develop campaign strategies focused on leads, conversions, sales, and ROAS

• Manage advertising budgets and continuously improve campaign efficiency

• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for optimization

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing

• Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-converting campaigns





• Set up and monitor tracking, pixels, conversion events, and remarketing campaigns

• Prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable insights

• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaign objectives are achieved

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing — Mandatory

• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns

• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and other performance metrics

• Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns independently

• Agency experience will be an added advantage
