Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Execution and Management:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

Set up campaigns including keyword research, audience targeting, ad creatives recommendations , and budget allocation.

Monitor daily performance and optimize paid campaigns for better ROI.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools

Measure key metrics like CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Optimization & Strategy:

Continuously test ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance





Identify trends and suggest improvements for better lead generation and conversions.

Budget & ROI Management:

Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI

Ensure cost efficiency and performance alignment with client/business goals.

Coordination & Execution:

Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies.

Coordinate with internal teams/clients to align on campaign objectives and deliverables.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.

Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Valuable understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
