Role Description This is an on-site Performance Marketer contract role based in the Udaipur district.

The Performance

Marketer will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across search, social media, and other paid channels to drive trip inquiries and bookings. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign data, managing budgets, refining audience targeting, and testing creative variations to improve return on ad spend.



The role also involves collaborating with content and operations teams to align promotional messaging with upcoming itineraries and traveler profiles, and preparing performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work with analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Understanding of travel or hospitality markets and interest in backpacking, trekking, or adventure travel.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in the Udaipur district.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or performance-focused roles; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
