We're Hiring: Performance Marketer – Meta, Google & Linkedin Ads

Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office) candidates from Chembur/nearby areas preferred

Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 80,000/month

What you'll own

- Full ownership of Meta Ads campaign strategy, structure (ABO/CBO/Advantage ), audiences, creative testing, scaling
- Full ownership of Google Ads, Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping & YouTube campaigns
- Pixel, CAPI & GA4 setup, conversion tracking and attribution hygiene
- Daily optimization: budgets, bids, creative rotation, landing page performance
- ROAS/CAC-focused reporting, weekly dashboards with explicit insights, not just numbers
- Working with our creative team on ad hooks, briefs & iteration based on data




- Staying compliant with Meta's health/wellness ad policies (we're a pain relief brand — you should know how to write copy that doesn't get flagged)

What we need from you:

- 2–4 years hands-on experience running Meta Google ads (D2C/ecommerce preferred)
- Core, up-to-date knowledge of both platforms: Advantage shopping, PMax behavior, YouTube ad formats, latest algorithm/policy changes
- AI-savvy: you use AI tools for copy, analysis & creative ideation
- Strong analytical skills: GA4, Ads Manager, Sheets
- Ownership mindset: you chase results, not activity
