Role Description The Performance Marketer freelancer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to grow audience reach and conversions for TCB – The Creative’s Block. This full-time, in office role in New Delhi involves managing paid media channels (such as search, social, and video platforms), setting up tracking and analytics, and continuously testing creatives and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance. Day-to-day activities include analyzing campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, collaborating with the creative team on ad assets,



refining audience segmentation, and recommending budget allocations based on ROI.

The role also includes staying updated with industry trends and platform changes to keep campaigns efficient and competitive.

Qualifications Performance marketing and paid media skills, including experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Analytics and measurement skills, including proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, pixel and conversion tracking, and A/B testing.

Digital and social media marketing skills, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.

Collaboration and communication skills to work closely with creative, production, and brand teams on integrated campaigns.

Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make evidence-based decisions.

Relevant experience in performance marketing for creative, media, or entertainment brands is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Ability to work full time on-site in New Delhi and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
