About the Role We're looking for a Google Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our paid search campaigns. You'll be responsible for driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and keeping campaigns aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed
- Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy
- Analyze campaign data and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve performance
- Stay current with Google Ads updates and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Google Ads certification is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with other paid platforms (Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Familiarity with SEO and broader digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of landing page tools (Unbounce, Instapage, etc.)
