Shaper Peach is a quick-growing women's shapewear brand. We're looking for a designer whose work is measured in clicks and sales, not likes.
You'll be doing three things
Landing pages that convert. You design pages that sell — clear hooks, proof, objection handling, mobile-first. You iterate based on test results and heatmaps, not taste.
Ad creative at volume. Multiple static ad concepts and variants every week. You know what stops the scroll and what earns the click.
AI-powered production. Midjourney, Higgsfield, Claude — used daily as real production tools. You build prompt libraries and workflows so you can ship 10x what a normal designer ships, on-brand.
You're a fit if
- 2+ years designing for D2C or performance marketing
- Portfolio full of ads and landing pages (numbers attached, if you have them)
- Strong in Figma and Photoshop
- You already have a working AI image workflow not just "I've tried it"
- You can explain why a creative flopped
- You move fast
Bonus: video/motion editing, Shopify or page-builder experience, apparel or beauty background, comfort reading Meta Ads reports.
The process
Portfolio review → short test task (one SKU: ad concepts + a landing page) → a chat about how you actually work.
